Each September the EWOB team starts preparing for the next European
World of Bluegrass Festival in Voorthuizen.
Winning the International Bluegrass Music Association–award
for the “Event of the Year” in October 2003 was an
unexpected surprise and a real boost for the organisation. We
are very happy that, through our festival and the votes of the
participating musicians, we have enabled so many excellent European
Bluegrass Bands to present themselves at the annual IBMA convention
in the United States.
