See you next year!

... Review ...

10 YEARS OF EWOB: "While several North American performers are included and their music is certainly appreciated, it is the 30 or so European bands giving bluegrass their own spin that are of the most interest."
- Donald Teplyske, Red Deer Advocate; That High Lonesome Sound, CKLJ-FM, Alberta, Canada

Deering BanjosDeering Classic Goodtime
Special Openback Banjo

What a great sounding traditional banjo! The Classic Goodtime Special open back is louder than the original Goodtime model, because it has the Goodtime Tone Ring, and is great for players who like to jam and want to be heard in a crowd.

It has the traditional, classic look of a vintage banjo with the rich brown stain, the classic Deering peghead shape, and planetary banjo tuners. This versatile banjo can be played in different keys by using the spikes, which are already installed, and a capo.

If you enjoy playing in festival campgrounds this banjo is perfect, as it weighs less than 6 lbs and you can play it all night long! Being an open-back banjo, this is great for "clawgrass," because the tone ring gives it that brighter tone needed for clawgrass and other modern open-back styles.

STARTING PRICE FOR BIDDING is a modest 415 Euros!

Instruments for the European World of Bluegrass Instrument Auction & Raffle have often been donated by Gibson in past years, as well as Lebeda InstrumentsCapek Handmade Bluegrass & Jazz Instruments, and www.banjo.nl. We are very grateful for the support of our excellent sponsors.
