Are you a fan of bluegrass music? Would you like to be part of an important, award-winning international music festival? You can advertise your business, or just express your love for bluegrass music, by making a sponsorship contribution to the European World of Bluegrass Festival.
The EWOB-Festival in Voorthuizen is the most important annual event in European bluegrass music, and draws people from all across Europe and around the world to The Netherlands.
Bands travel great distances to play there, and we have guests from the United States and around Europe who return every year.

You can take an active part in this unique international festival by becoming a sponsor, and get your name mentioned in several ways before and during the event. We are offering several sponsoring opportunities.

1. Friends of EWOB

The festival program consists of performances by 42 bands as well as a number of other activities. We are offering you a chance to become a Friend of EWOB. As a Friend you can choose which part of the festival you wish to support with your money: a stage-event, a workshop, the children’s program or even a jam-session!

There are three different rates for Friends

1. For € 50 - 100,= :
   - Your name will be mentioned on the Friends of EWOB sign that will be placed in the
     entrance of the festival building *
   
2. For €100 - 200,=:
   - Your name will be mentioned on the Friends of EWOB sign that will be placed in the
     entrance of the festival building *
   - You receive the current EWOB Festival CD
   
3. For € 200 - 500,=:
   - Your name will be mentioned on the Friends of EWOB sign that will be placed in the
     entrance of the festival building *
   - You receive the current EWOB Festival CD and a free T-shirt from this year’s festival
   - You receive a free 1-year membership of EBMA, including a free 1-year subscription to
     Bluegrass Europe Magazine, which includes Germany’s Bluegrass Buehne and
     Strictly Country Magazine from the Netherlands

*Your sponsorship can also be anonymous, if you prefer.

2. Professional sponsoring

We offer several packages for professional sponsors.

Package # 1: € 500,=
You’ll receive:
- 2 free tickets to the festival
- a 1/8 page advertisement in the festival guide
- 1 advertising item (format: flag or banner) on the side wall of the big concert hall
- 1 advertising item in the entrance of the venue, size A4
- EWOB Festival website: link to your webiste, or your name/logo on the sponsors page
- a free 1-year membership of EBMA, including a free 1-year subscription to Bluegrass Europe
  Magazine, which includes Germany’s Bluegrass Buehne and Strictly Country Magazine from the Netherlands

Package # 2: € 1000,=
You’ll receive:
- 4 free tickets to the festival
- a 1/4 page advertisement in the festival guide
- 1 advertising item (format: flag or banner) on the side wall of the big concert hall
- repeated advertisement on the presentation screen in the big concert hall
- 1 advertising item in the entrance of the venue, size A3
- EWOB Festival website: link to your webiste, and your name/logo on the sponsors page (to the side)
- a free 1-year membership of EBMA, including a free 1-year subscription to Bluegrass Europe
  Magazine, which includes Germany’s Bluegrass Buehne and Strictly Country Magazine from the Netherlands

Package # 3: € 2000,=
You’ll receive:
- 8 free tickets to the festival
- a 1/2 page advertisement in the festival guide
- 2 advertising items (format: flag or banner) on the side wall of the big concert hall
- repeated advertisement on the presentation screen in the big concert hall
- 1 advertising item in the entrance of the venue, size A2
- EWOB Festival website: your name on the homepage, and link to your webiste, and your
  name/logo on the sponsors page (in the middle)
- a free 1-year membership of EBMA, including a free 1-year subscription to Bluegrass Europe Magazine,
  which includes Germany’s Bluegrass Buehne and Strictly Country Magazine from the Netherlands

Package # 4: € 5000,=
You’ll receive:
- 20 free tickets to the festival
- a full page advertisement in the festival guide
- 4 advertising items (format: flag or banner) on the side wall of the big concert hall
- repeated advertisement on the presentation screen in the big concert hall
- 1 advertising item in the entrance of the venue, size A1
- EWOB Festival website: your banner on top of the homepage, and link to your webiste
  and your name/logo on the sponsors page (in the middle)
- a free 1-year membership of EBMA, including a free 1-year subscription to Bluegrass Europe
  Magazine, which includes Germany’s Bluegrass Buehne and Strictly Country Magazine from the Netherlands
- your name will be mentioned on this year’s EWOB CD.

3. Advertising in the Festival Guide

Rates (all in Euros) for the the EWOB Guide or the Bluegrass Europe / Bluegrass Bühne / Strictly Country Magazines. This gives you the opportunity to reach your target groups all year long (with discounts for regular advertising).

Within the EU we will have to charge 19% VAT.
This can be avoided if you have a VAT registration number.
